Maybe not, some people experience the physical symptoms of fear just by hearing or thinking about the word; a phobia in itself.
YOUR FEAR, might be “I am afraid of confrontation” or “I’m not smart enough to apply for that position” or “I feel guilty because ______”. Fear has a way of seeping into your life, personal and/or professional, and slowly erodes your strengths and develops your weaknesses. It’s a powerful emotion creating negative behavior that can become your constant companion if you allow it to. This powerful four letter word can give you “permission” to lie to yourself, take its toll on your relationships, as well as your health and, it may be limiting YOUR POTENTIAL!
YOUR FEAR started with an action, a behavior, a word or sentence, by someone or something else. It started a negative journey inside of you and in some cases, without you realizing why. And because unpleasant emotions and phobias are as a direct result of being afraid, the more frightened you become, the deeper your fear will go. It has become instrumental in setting your course in life already. Its developed your likes and dislikes. It’s excluded possibilities and it’s controlled your choices.
